• Within Your Team: Your User Content is accessible to other users in your organization based on the permissions set by your administrator.

• With Service Providers: We share information with trusted third parties who help us operate our Service, such as:

  • Supabase: For database, backend, and storage infrastructure.

  • Stripe: For payment processing. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Budgee or our users.

• Security: We implement robust technical security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and support for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

• Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with our legal obligations. Audit trail data retention is based on your subscription plan (30 days for Starter, 12 months for Pro).

• Access and Correct: Review and update your account information directly within the Service settings.

• Data Portability: Export your budget data to Excel at any time.

• Delete Your Account: Request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team. We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws.
